HOW
IT WORKS
- We help recruit Members to join your network. It is the owner’s responsibility to vet each candidate using our structured method.
- We help you analyze the value of each potential new project with respect to an overall project portfolio strategy.
- We provide professional-grade tools and support for developing a detailed project plan, including resource capacity analysis of your network of members.
- We track each project and provide mobile work reminders and status updates, as well as weekly project status reports.
