Starting with the New Haven, CT Service Region

Why a Pilot?

  • We need to conduct this pilot program to fully demonstrate our methods, processes, and tools in real life situations; and, to prove our value - especially as this new concept is a potential market disrupter.
  • You need this pilot program to test whether or not our system provides enough value before signing up and paying for it.

Pilot Phase

  • Our first pilot timeframe will be from May 1 through September 30, 2021.
  • Starting anytime within that period, all of our participating Network Owners and Members will start up to two pilot remodeling projects that are within three full months long.

Cost

  • As “pilot” commonly implies, we will not charge for our services.

Obligations

  • No required commitment beyond the pilot, however …
  • If you’re going to engage in it, then really do it.
  • Contact us for information on the estimated time and effort required

For Network Owners …

  1. Network development of up to 30 organizations, including a high-level “demo” re-source pool management.
  2. A 1-hour on-demand training video, and on-call training support.
  3. Project portfolio development of up to ten current and upcoming projects. Includes: portfolio alignment and high-level “demo” of portfolio management using our toolset.
  4. Full system implementation and project management of up to two projects. Contact us for further details on what that includes.
  5. An assessment of how much value this pilot derived for you.

For Network Members …

Upon being invited by one of our Network Owners to participate in a pilot project, our Network Members will receive the following services ...

  1. A 30-minute on-demand training video on who we are, and how our system works.
  2. Resource pool planning support (even if you’re a small shop).
  3. Planning support for your project role.
  4. Work notifications … 4 weeks, 1 week, and 1-day ahead.
  5. Work status updating and reporting.
  6. Materials receipts depot and accounting.
  7. Full invoicing and payment tracking support.
  8. As assessment of how much value this pilot derived for you.
